I know there are more than a few industry insiders on this forum, so I thought I’d ask if anyone has any insight on what’s up with Ergomo. The new Ergomo Pro looks awesome on paper, but I see that the old URL has been redirected to some new company (bicyclepowermeters.com), and I can’t seem to get a reply to repeated e-mails asking for information. This doesn’t give me the warm fuzzies on support, and I’m not about to shell out that sort of money for something that’s backed by shaky support. What’s up? Are they just really busy? Bad at answering e-mail? Should I stay clear of them? There’s no phone # listed, so I can’t contact them any other way.
The other web page has apparently been taken by a cybersquatter.

I noticed the same thing when I tried to pull up their web page. Once you find the true ergomo web page it should have contact info. They always answered me back within 24-48 hours and were always there when I called.
I’ve used the ergomo trouble free for more than a year, and don’t understand why they are not more popular. Perhaps the supply can’t meet the demand.

Thank you both. I found this parent company website already, and it has answered all the product questions I had, but as far as I know if I actually want to buy one of these I have to go through their US distributor which is presumably this Bicyclepowermeters.com entity- they are the ones that I have no luck with. I’ll try to contact Sensortechnik directly and see if I have any other options on where/who to purchase from.
