My house.
I guess my college degree that got me my job would also be very high on the list.
Personal use: probably phone as well. We only see the sun for two months of the year so sunglasses would not be on the list, but I do enjoy having a few really nice pairs around.
Work: Festool tracksaw. At $1200 it’s a bit steep, but, I find new uses for it every day, it saves me a lot of time, and leaves virtually no dust behind.

Gotta be my iPhone 8+. Thought I forgot it the other day and just about had an anxiety attack. Unbelievable what you can do with those things. Always amazed that somehow I managed to live most of my life without a smart phone, and now I can’t live without it. iPad is also up there.
Probably my MacBook right now. I’m working on a few online courses and training, so I’ve been using it a good bit.
Next month I’ll be building a dock, so I’m thinking the miter saw will takes its place in most useful item.

The bone conduction headphones I bought a few months ago are a game changer. I can listen while riding the bike and still hear traffic, can listen to podcasts while cleaning the house and watching my kids & still hear them to parent well, use them while moving the lawn without blasting my ear drums. Best $95 I’ve spent.
But I’ll stick with the back door brag, and the 150" screen.

But here is the real beauty there is no screen. Just a box about 3" x18"x12" that sits about a foot off the floor and a foot from the wall. When not in use there is just a wall. Turn it on and the entire wall becomes the viewing area.
