Curious what % gain you had on your FTP with this workout?
I have started a routine of
Day 1 1x20 at 105% FTP
Day 2 2x20 at 95% FTP
Day 3 test
Then start over
Did this some over the summer outside and somewhat enjoyed myself. Indoors I am really hating it and actually having a difficult time even getting through it. I keep adding more fans but still 10% less FTP indoors versus outdoors. Actually put the PT on my CT bike just to be sure they were in sync. Unfortunately they were.
