What's the best bike training video?

OK, I will be spending a lot of time on my computrainer trying to improve my pathetic bike split so I want some good training videos. I have seen the previews for Spinervals and they seem to be sort of boring. What do people think of

  1. Carmichael’s Train Right series

  2. The Enduramce films Cycling Fitness Results series

  3. Are there any videos that are any good that follow actual bikers rather than having most of the video be of people on trainers in an exercise room?

What should I get?

Endurance Films “Rides: Volume 1” is really good. It has good music, funny pop-up tips, jokes and inspriational quotes, and you watch pros ride the Boulder Peak Triathlon course.

That sounds excellent. Are there any formal workouts on there or is it mainly just a ride?

Dawn of the dead.

It has workouts. There are some standing sets and some hill climbing. Then fast cadence, and then some tempo. Not as structured as a spinervals workout, but more entertaining. Since you have a computrainer, you could also just watch movies or tv and do workouts based on the watts you are producing.

Seconded. Enjoyed that a lot, and cool to see some countryside rather than just coach troy shouting at me.

Supersize me…makes you not wanna get off the bike!!
