Saw him just north of victoria BC at a cyclocross race a few weekends ago where he won the masters division. Otherwise, he flies float planes out of Victoria.

Many years ago I sent him a Mag for him to sign and send back. Not only did he do that he sent a heap of other stuff back too. Then when I saw him in Kona one year I said thanks in person and he remembered sending the stuff too me. Had a coffee with him too. Ripper guy.
