Cabrakan msrp $125 (Not released til September)Cabrakan means “King of the Mountain” and is a fitting name for this new stability trail shoe option. Is essentially built on the inspire toolset/waveplate with full length plate for forefoot stone guard. Has a water resistant upper and a “wet-track” outsole. Built with rear to forefoot ratio of 21/9 so is a little lower to the ground. Looks good!

Alchemy 9 msrp increase to $110 Gender engineering is now added to the alchemy. Has a wider outsole in the forefoot for increased stability (not a wider upper, just wider outsole) Now has Ortholite insole so is a higher quality insole than last alchemy. Mens in D and EE and womens in B and AA

Kaze 5 xc spike has broader insole gauges so should be a little more roomy.

I just purchased a pair of Inspire 5’s. I like them but one thing I’ve noticed about Mizuno’s is no matter how tight I lace them up, I also get the feeling that my foot and shoe are not connected or in contact (other than during foot strike)???

Exact same problem here on the Inspire 5s… I think it’s to do with the softness and slipperiness of the lining. I went with the loop at the top part to pull it in a little bit and it seemed to fix it right away. Not enough miles in the shoes yet to see how they hold up and work for me, but I’m liking them so far. Not wild about the new color :slight_smile:
