What's going on with my foot?

just got back from a quick turnaround flight overseas yesterday, and all day today it’s sort of felt like there’s something under the ball of my right foot. no real pain, per se, but it’s like there’s piled up under there (a sock, an insole, something). my physical activity, diet, etc have been totally normal lately. i’m a bit underslept. long history of autoimmune problems, but otherwise fit, healthy 31-year-old man.

thoughts?

this morning, seems to have spread to my left foot; centered more behind the big toe. some tingling, a slightly weird ‘full’ feeling.

what’s up? is this what morton’s feels like? peripheral neuropathy?

Might be time to hit a walk-in clinic.

Hope it’s nothing of consequence.

I am not a doctor so I have no idea but flying + leg/foot pain sounds like a case of Thrombosis. My family is known to have problems with it so I always travel with compression pants and get up and walk around regularly. In any case, you should see a doctor.

yeah, for what it’s worth i fly a lot and this is the first time i’ve experienced something like this.

change your socks?

( i don’t have a ‘real’ answer…sorry)

zing! yeah, my friend suggested my socks were maybe choking my ankles a bit, but i’m wearing the exact same shoes and socks i’ve worn for ages. . .
