Anyone remember him? I thought he was a very good announcer. His gift for understatement and dry vernacular were such a stark and refershing change to all the hyperbole.
I wish they would bring him back. Anyone know what happened to this fella?

Actually, he’s CEO, not President. And he’s extremely well educated which is probably why he was such a good announcer - undergrad at Princeton and then Yale Law School.
He was also a sub 4 minute miler in the early 80s.
They need to bring him back. He was 5 stars *****.

Awesome stuff. We’re watching one of his fine performances in here right now on an Ironman DVD. I wish he had been at the Olympics. The they could have put that awful Rowdy guy on that satelite that crashed in the desert yesterday…
