Thanks to **wvmountaineer **for breaking the news about Lance’s bike being stolen. That stinks and I hope whoever has it, gets caught and pay for this crime.

It was one of a kind because of the graphics and paint job.

I’d be utterly shocked if one of a kind didn’t really mean two of a kind (or three)… like the quote from the movie Contact :“why build one when you can have two at twice the price?”
I saw at least two TT bikes with the names “Hincapie” and “F. Landis” on them at their respective camps before the prologue. I am positive Lance has more bikes at his disposal.
There are two types of problems. Those that can be solved with lots of money and those that can’t. This is of the former type. Therefore, no problem in Lance’s case.

ToC announcers just said he has a backup bike that he has tested and is fine if he has to ride that bike for the TT.
Yeah, probably the white TTX with the yellow and black accents that he was in the wind tunnel in and that he did that 2 man team time trial on a few months ago.
