I’ve boon looking at, and playing with, a bunch of training diaries. Up until now I’ve always used my own excel spreadsheet and the Polar software, but after looking I’ve found quite a few good ones out there. Here’s what I’ve found…
The best diary is the one that fits.
Mine fits my pocket very well, thank you very much. It cost me 250 dollars for some guy from Michigan to measure my pocket, and find the correct diary. I also need one that fits my writing style, and my choice of writin instrument. This guy is so good well worth the money. I now log data much better and I feel more comfortable adding my records to the pages. I still suck in running.
I use BT.com (free, low-level version), Tri-Cats (like Tri-Geeks … only better), and sometimes go back and update my PC coach if I feel like it. Really, I only us BT.com b/c I’m involved in the monthly challenges … Tri-Cats has everything I need.
