no, it’;s not that kind of hardware… it’s the smaller of two plates in my left leg, it was bothering my hamstring tendons and a few other things so the ortho took it out yesterday. Geez he just put it in in Feb and I still can’t even run! (This should help).
I still have the bigger one on the outside, it’s permanant. (This from my accident in Feb - I was hit by a truck while walking across a driveway).
Nice little pc of what looks like erector set, about 5" long, and has a few nice screws to go with it.

Encase it in plastic like the scorpions they sell in gift shops in AZ and use it for a paperweight.
