Creative things I should do with them ?
I used the largest cluster on an 11-36 as our christmas tree star last year.
I’ve seen some cool baby mobiles and wind chimes as well.
our junior team is all on 10 speed stuff and canti brakes for cross, it is cheap and works great. I doubt I’ll ever upgrade
File all the teeth into points to make throwing stars for when you are doing ninja work.

Even if the drivetrain is 11sp, a 10sp cassette works good enough for trainer duties in my experience.
