Unless I’m mistaken, registration for IMNA races opens to the public (online) at noon the day after the race. If you’re on site, you can register in person the a.m. after the race.
The day after the race and they fill up fast. If you do not get in the general entry you can do community fund for a grand and $575 is tax deductable. So if you want it bad enough you could do Wisoncin or Florida this year.
