Once I posted the link I, too was unable to access the site again.
I’ll do my best to describe the bike: Looks like a Cheetah frame (ridden at various times by Badman & Bowden), and the participant number was either 24 (Sibbersen) or 29 (Leumann of Switzerland). I tend to think that it was probably the latter.
The remarkable thing on this bike: The entire front end was a big “Y” shape, devoid of a standard stem and aerobar setup.
I simply cannot remember seeing something in the past that resembles this setup. Can anyone help with photos and/or explanation?
