Not MARSHMALLOWS, but fluff… need to know, my OCD is going out of control here. Thanks ![]()
Liquid with a high viscosity, why?
Viscous solid? Aerated solid?
Plasma. Definitely plasma.

Because I have OCD and that’s what my head is currently stuck on. I’ve been eating fluffernutters like they’re going out of style, until today I realized I didn’t know what state of matter fluff was, at which point my brain made a rule that I can’t eat another one until I know what state of matter fluff is.
While we’re at it, I’m also trying to decide if it’s ok to eat almond butter and fluff together, or if that is unacceptable because almond butter is very classy and fluff is possibly the least-classy nut butter accompianment (sp). I’m pretty sure fluff and almond butter should never be on the same sandwich.
That sounds like the mullet of sandwiches

I think we can rule out dark matter.
The aerated sugar has has been heated above its glass transition temperature (Tg). Your marshmallow is transitioning. Wish it a Happy Pride month.

Of course someone would come along and post a TTT diagram.
My understanding is that the scientific term is: goo.

For marshmallow fluff, yes, but it is one hell of a good beer.
