Tell me about the one piece of kit/equipment that you regret selling the most.
For me it was my very first aero wheel. It was a Specialized trispoke clincher from the late 90s that i bought off Ebay. I don’t know if it was the hub quality or the rim weight but that wheel could spin forever, and the rattling of the hub from freewheeling was magical. At the time i sold it because i felt it was too heavy (i was 62kg at the time) and hurt me on hilly courses. Really regret it now.
Not really tri specific, but I had a VooDoo Rada road bike with a sweet sparkly green paint job, Reynolds 853 and I sold the whole thing for 500.00. I really wish I still had it.
2002 Specialized Allez road bike. It was a tank, but it was my first.
My first-generation Giro Aerohead helmet (with pink cover… complete with big chainring mark on the side).
Scott Clip-on. Not the Lemond model, but the original.
Scott DH bar… First generation.
Toss up between my Giant TCR aero and Zipp 440 front. Would love to have them back but can’t justify another bike. Could probably justify another deep section front wheel though
