What other companies make clincher discs?

So I am starting to look for a clincher disc. I hope to purchase it this winter for early spring, but to date, I have only found a couple different companies that actually make a clincher, i.e. Renn, HED, and Zipp. What else am I missing/forgeting? Also, for those of you that have a P2C, do you run into fit issues with the HED Jet Disk or Sub 9, having the bulged rim? If so, it would seem that Renn is the best bang for the buck, but I interested in hearing your opinions for clincher discs if you have them. Thanks.

I have a Renn and LOVE it and I agree. It is the best bang for your buck.

I have and really like the Renn 575. I am now looking at a sub 9 but concerned about the fit on a p2c.

not sure that has been really proven.

Another happy 575 user/abuser… 3 years without a problem.

Reynolds makes a full carbon clincher disc. I have the tubular version - very nice wheel. Built around a DT Swiss hub, nice valve cutout (you can actually fit a pump in it, but it’s only open on one side so it’s not just a hole the rim), very true - as straight as any spoked wheel I’ve seen.

Corima does one and it’s supposed to be very good…

If you’re willing to consider used, Hed also had a more conventional lenticular disc (not sure, but I think the Renn is flat) on the market for several years before the bulged Jet model. I got one for $400, no fit issues on a P2C.

Let’s see.
Zipp
Hed
Renn
Mavic
Corima
Campagnolo ghibli (yes, they do have it in clincher, for only $3500)
Reynolds

hmm…I guess pretty much everyone

lol.

The Reynolds ones seem pretty good because you can use a regular pump. One less hassle.

“not sure that has been really proven.”

I guess that depends on what your definition of “proven” is. If it’s 100 percent, then no, it hasn’t been “proven.” But it has proven time and time again that a disc cover is in the neighborhood of 95 percent as aero as a disc, and at less than 10 percent of the cost (if you go with a Zipp). That sounds likes a pretty good deal to me. I’ve owned a Renn and a disc cover. The cover is fine with me. For $100, you absolutely can’t go wrong.
