I was waaaaaay too low. Maybe when I was still competitive, I could be as low as my bike was. All of the angles are now corrected by Stewart Munson of Maplewood Bicycles in St. Louis, MO. I now have right angles, albeit a bit high.
Which brings me to this: All of you know what my bike is. I am now going to sell this frame set. Go to the classifieds and see what I am wanting to do.
