It looks like an older frame, but it’s a compact which is something they’ve only done recently as far as I know… any ideas as to what this is?

Not a clue - but those sure look like some looong chainstays! Weird to see a semi-compact geometry with very slack seat tube angle with long chainstays. Not sure of the logic there

This might be dumb, but maybe it’s a mountain bike frame. It could also be another manufacturer’s frame with Litespeed stickers.

If those are 650 wheels would say that is a Merlin Aerial someone has rebadged.
Had one of them many years ago.

It might be a one-off. I don’t remember the Aerial or any Lightspeed putting water bottle bosses behind the seat tube like that.

might be a mid-late '90’s tachyon. They came in 650c and sort of semi compact in the smaller sizes.
