What kind of helmet is this and is it any good?

I got lost in Vermont and found a Louis Garneau factory with a little store. I got this helmet for $20. It had no box and for that price it can’t be the most recent. Can you shed some light on it for me?

LG Prologue. It’s a fine helmet but some say it can be a little hot.
