One bike/car accident, and it was my fault. I was 18 and oblivious to the rules for bikes. I was biking to work up a busy street on the left side with no helmet. 
Parked cars lining the street on both sides. Poor old woman pulls out from her side street right into my left side. Not sure of the details, but my bike ends up crushed under her wheels, and I end up standing on the other side of the car looking back at the scene. I somehow vaulted right over her hood and landed on my feet. Poor woman almost had a heart attack, and apologized up and down. She offered to help in any way, but I just was worried about being late for work - so she gave me a ride with my crushed bike in her trunk. It was a POS bike anyway…Bought my first car that weekend.
