For me, probably not more than 72 hours. Is this a problem?? What should I do about it?

Today?
In that case, maybe it’s all relative. Do I hear support group therapy???
You’re welcome. While you’re at it, run an extra 6mi for those who can’t run right now ![]()
Since I discovered ST about a month ago, I’d say the 8 hours when I’m sleeping.
Before or after the Hottie thread started?

Slowman posted to my thread! Now if only Tom D would post, I could die a happy man.
For better or worse, it is the first and last thing I do when I turn on and off my computer. For someone with a real job, family and otherwise busy schedule, I really have no life. (But seriously, this site has provded me with a lot of information, mis-infomation, humor and inspiration…)
Well, I usually sleep for five hours or more. ?
Its like in university when you slept in on Sat morning and woke up at 11 am with a wicked hangover, swearing that was your final drink ever and that you willl never touch alcohol again. After lunch, and a short hangover curing run or session in the weight room, you feel like you are a million dollar stud and as invincible as ever and by 4 pm, you are sitting in the pub pounding back a few brews getting revved up for the Saturday nite string of parties…
Hey man Francois posted on your thread. This thread is officially “real”
My coach highly suggested that I have an internet free day each week last season. I about died of withdrawal the first time.
Hello Coach. I’m sure you will suggest it again, yes? ![]()

Well, what if it is perpetually opened on a window on my computer? I guess that I am in ‘constant check’ mode and my F5 key is starting to wear out…
I cringed when someone suggested sub-forums…evil, evil, evil…
Ok, bye…see you in two minutes.

Cathy, when one is sick, is this an accuse for not training? And less than 2 weeks before my marathon. Oh well, probably no Boston time.
Dave
Dave, hang in there…you’ll do just fine. You should be tapering and resting anyway. CIM is a good course for a fast time…
I guess this is one way for a Type A to be FORCED to taper!! Glad I did not get sick next week. Must of caught this cold standing in the lake for too many hours moving muck. Now, these 70 degree temperatures are starting to get old. When is it ever going to get cold and rain? On Dec 5th!!
You running the CIM?
Dave
No CIM for me this year…still recovering from IMF. Just did a piddly 5k in my backyard Sunday (and f*** did that hurt!) but other than that not much of anything for another week or so.
Yeah, this great weather sucks, doesn’t it…oh yeah, forgot you’re getting ready for a marathon. Always seems to be pretty cool come the first Sunday in December…let’s just hope it doesn’t decide to be the day for our first big storm of the season!
