A while back, the jonnyo was tearing it apart, 2nd at IMC, a fet 6ths at IMAZ, last I remember, he was having some health issues and a DNF at IMFL. IS anybody in touch with him? is is health okay? is he racing?

Last I heard though he was doing well, training with Tom and getting ready to do an Ironman soon (Novemberish).
The good man gave me some advise on valve length for my wheels and sold me a tube on Saturday at the bike barn in Penticton.
We just finished breakfast together with Paulo and Khai. There was much bacon. It was glorious. He’s on the mend and is focused on getting healthy right now. He’s going to visit his folks for a bit, and I hope that he will back as good as new before too long!
Brushing up on his spelling and grammar, one would hope. 
Here he is hogging my cow bell waiting for the pros to head through on the bike with Paulo and I this past weekend. Fun times getting carted around by locals

That’s what makes us sure its the REAL jonnyo and not an imposter … he shouldn’t change a thing!.. might make us think he’s some uppity PhD doctor type or something

It was great meeting you trigirlpink!!! Was a bettersweat day to watch jordan take the win on sunday… so happy and proud of him… but also wish so much i could be up there giving him a run for his money…
As for me, i m on my way to Halifax, Nova Scotia, tomorrow morning for a series of treatements to get healthy and back on the game so Rappstar dosnt win all those ironman by 15 minutes!!! Hope to be back real soon… i m missing been part of those races… i want to be back on the bike so badly…
