What Hub is This?

At the risk of getting flamed for being wrong and throwing a guess out I would almost say it looks like an older phil wood or a hershey. However without bigger, brighter, clearer pictures its very hard to say. Again this is just a guess.

Looks like a Paul Components High Flange Track hub

+3 for AC. Not a track hub its got a cassette body.

Styrrell

It appears to be a Shook design hub.

It’s essentially the same as the American Classic, produced during the brief time that Bill Shook was making product under his own name before he regained the Am. Classic name.
