It’s a Lazer iirc. Good news for you: Some Lazers come w/ a ‘cover plate’ to cover that big hole in the front in the winter time. Perfect for your ‘eye’ thingie. There’s been mention of this helmet on cyclingnews.com I think, check it out.

As previously posted, it’s an LAS Haxial. I have one, and I like it quite a bit. You should be able to get one through your LBS, as it is a catalog item from J&B importers.
