There was a lot of hubub on the boards here when the hearing was going on, but I haven’t heard or seen much in way of a verdict. Anyone got the scoop?
If I recall correctly, when the hearing ended, the attorneys for each side had three weeks to file certain documents with the court. Then the court had three weeks after that to render a decision. Sadly, that put the rendering of a decision just after the start of the Tour … which I think was by someone’s evil design, but it’s probably a moot issue anyway.

I can’t stand to see someone post a question and not get an answer. It’s like a pregnant pause. I feel compelled to fill it whether I know my ass from first base or not. If I’m corrected incorrectly, I’ll never know the difference. I hate to be confused with facts. (I guess that makes me a marketers dream and explains why I have an entire out-building full of cycling junk I never use. Don’t worry, there are no PCs out there … not yet, anyway.)

Landis’ lawyer asked for more time as he’s busy trying to get Paris Hilton outta jail.
I thought the arbitration panel was suppose to release a ruling about 4 weeks after the hearing, which would be about mid-June, or next week.
We’ll then get to hear them pronounce Landis guilty because he brought Lemonds’ uncle into the process (as good a justification as anything else that the prosecution presented). At which time, I am looking forward to an analysis of this whole process from slowman.
