What frame/fork would this be?

Just noticed there are several on ebay. No identification marks.

It’s a generic frame that is manufactured and sold under several different names. Some of them are Element 6, Velo Vie, Vellum, Suplicy, and others. (My apologies if some of these companies are not exactly the same frame, but look similar).

Triathlete Magazine gave that frame a pretty good review (as the Suplicy) in the Feb 2009 issue.
