What does a Bonness or Moats training week look like?

Does anyone know what a typical training week looks like for either Joe or Kevin? Since both are 50+ and have full time jobs, how has their training changed over the years.

Getting close to that age myself, I was wondering how many times each week they trained in each activity.

Joe, for one, is other wordly. Support Crew has posted some aspects of his training on ST in the past. More recently, she posted an article from a local newpaper about Joe. In it, they quoted Joe as saying he rode between 15,000 and 20,000 miles a year! I recall Support Crews’ earlier posts, that 10 mile runs (at lunch?) were routine as well.

I suspect that Moats does motor pacing to get used to the drafting he does in races, but I could be wrong.

LOL. Good one!
