I wanted to get feedback on what we could do to improve our triathlete website. What do you want to see featured more on triathlete websites?

Really outdated and cluttered design. It’s truly terrible. Hire a designer to make it more modern.
Hard to find what I’m looking for. Do you sell swim stuff? I see Tri, Bike, Run categories. Hmm.
Shoes are…under the Parts category? With Bike Helmets, but neither of those are under the Gear categories? They would even make more sense under the Clothing category than the Parts category. What’s going on here?
Let’s look at the About category. Oh, Trek Care Plus! Let me move my mouse over to click on that link…the menu disappeared/changed. Annoying. Check out amazon.com, hover over their Shop By Department on the top left, move down to something. Move around. See how the menus are logically persistent? The menu pane you want to be on doesn’t disappear just because you failed to move your mouse in an exact deliberate way to work to keep it from disappearing.
Your color scheme sucks.
Why don’t the panels take up more of the screen? Lots of wasted space on the sides.
You really, really, really need a designer and developer. You know what shop website I was pretty impressed with that I saw recently? Cyclelife

I was going to post something similar. Seriously I have stopped all my trimag subscriptions and don’t even read other tri sites besides ST. Maybe I’m not the norm, but ST covers things as fast or faster than other sites.

This isn’t a triathlete website.
It’s a retail website that sells stuff for swimming, biking, and running.
What I’d like to see is you guys buying advertising here, to support an actual triathlete website.

Also noticing that I’ve stopped visiting other sites. Only look at this and cyclingnews. Although it now being the off-season for me might be part of it.
