What do they say to riders in the TT at le Tour?

In the start house of the TT on Saturday, you could hear the official counting down to the start in French (no surprise). But when the rider was to go, they said something that I couldn’t make out. I expected “allez”, but it wasn’t that. Anybody know what they say?

I always thought they said “hup!” (a kind of cheer, you often hear it in non-English i.e.: Holland countries).
