my wife got me a necklace charm with our kids Chinese zodiac as a cute present but didn’t know a good necklace to hold up to sweat, swim, etc.
What do people recommend? Metal type?
I’ve always been fond of the “pearl necklace”. If you get my drift.
Giving or receiving?
I wouldn’t wear it for swimming or really intensive activities but if you had to wear it, I would get gold, either white or yellow, whatever matches the charm best. Or like a really strong metal, platinum. Yellow gold is a little out dated but I am older and that was in back when I was younger so I don’t mind. Silver tends to tarnish under many conditions so I would not recommend. I think leather, cloth like material, would not work well under wet conditions. Maybe a bracelet would work better, on same side as watch…less intrusive.
