Many manufacturers vary the stock crank length on their bike based on the frame size. I don’t know what Cervelo does but small frames tend to come with 170, medium with 172.5, and large with 175.

I just took delivery of my new 58cm R3 and it came with 175mm cranks. I have 172.5s on my P2C. I’m more of a grinder than a spinner so I thought I’d try 'em and see how they workout. I honestly have haven’t ridden them enough to make a judgement on them (IMC is approaching so I’ve been on the tri bike exclusively).
