Waiting on a set of tubular Zipps coming in the mail (the pain the pain!). In the mean time, where can i get a set of carbon brake pads to fit on the brakes that came stock on my QR seduza? i belive they are Tektro breaks rebadged as QR. Will the normal Zipp brand pads made for Dura Ace and Ultegra fit? where can I get a set that will?
yeah, any of the pads made for a shimano cartridge type caliper (what you have) will fit.
koolstop black, corima cork, zipp carbon, swiss stop yellow…
just back the retainer screw on the pad holder out a bit, push the pad out with a big flathead screwdriver and possibly some swearing, slide new pad in and snug back down retaining set screw.
perfect.
btw. i’ll be contacting you about decals asap. What’s your situation at the moment? busy? do you have time to turn out some 2007 circa zipp decals for a poser hoping to “look the part”.
