I am researching what is out there for training DVDs. What does anyone out there recommend? I am helping a produce a smilar product to teach fundamentals of teachnique and training. It is available at www.TriathlonDVD.com.
There are none. They all cost to much and deliver to little for the money. I am someone who spends a lot of money on gear and coaching (swim and bike), but haven’t seen DVDs worth what they cost. Tim
The cyclo-core DVD series by Graeme Street is pretty good. It is fairly cycling specific, but it’s not really about being on your trainer. Lots of good strengthening and endurance workouts that also transfer over to running and swimming. Check out the cyclo-core.com website.
