Nice one Tom…

Bolthouse Farms Green Goodness!!! God yes. I just finished off 1/2 bottle after a lunchtime ride. Best stuff ever.

  • tuna on cracked pepper crackers (whole wheat flour)
  • 5 eggs (4 whites and 1 full) and 2 peices whole wheat toast, glass of milk (my default breakfast)
  • bananas
  • Granny Smith apples
  • sliced turkey on whole wheat bread with tons of mustard (standard lunch)
  • grilled chicken breast in Caesar salad

I think that list comprises 80% of my diet

Quote, “Bolthouse Farms Green Goodness!!!”

2nd reference to Bolthouse Farms Green Goddness.

What is it?

V8. Blended vegetables in a can. I mean, how else are you going to get your daily serving of watercress, spinach, parsley and beets.

But it’s GOOD! I pretty much despise anything that resembles V8. This is sweet, but all natural, 100% fruit juice. You can probably find it at any health food store like Wild Oats.

Ahhh yes. I’m a huge V8 fan. Thanks for the tip. I’ll give it a try.

I think it comes from the book ‘You are what you eat’ but there are supposed to be 14 ‘superfoods’. Namely: Turkey Salmon Soya Pumpkin seeds Brocolli Oranges Blueberries Almonds Tomatoes …and I can’t remember the rest. I think it is based on their anti-oxidant properties (purported)

has hummus been mentioned by anyone yet? what about falaffels? or mangoes? i miss the days of cheap middle eastern food…
