A fellow was joking last Saturday that Jeanie Longo was lined up at the MN state TT event last Saturday, and there she is listed as the winner of the womens, and most of the mens catagories. I did my best TT ever posting a 59 05 and she did a 56 something. I would have loved to have her be behind me and wonder who the heck was that. At over 695 victories and the world hr record she deserves to beat me as well.
As to why she was there, the Nature Valley GP stage race is in town starting today.

evidently she sees the usa doing the tt circuit. she was in tennessee a couple of years ago for the state tt championships.
I think its more like 895 victories, not 695. . .whatever. . .its a damn lot. . .Certainly makes her the Merckx extraordinaire of the women…not that I like using comparisons like that. Bottom line is that we won’t see her like again for a very long time. . .if ever.
