Wetsuits for fishes!

Ok, so when I started tri’s last season I got the Orca Speedsuit. Worked well enough at the time, and got me started. My swimming is getting back in form now after a 5 year hiatus, and during my last tri (Strawberry Fields) my wetsuit drove me crazy. Not enough reach, not enough flexability.

So I am willing to spend the bucks on a good one now, what would you recommend? I am looking for maximum flexibility in the shoulders and arms, and lots of mobility. I am even thinking about sleevless!

I would take a look at DeSoto (www.desotosports.com). I think their two-piece concept really helps with arm/shoulder movement. Plus you can support a great local company.

DeSoto (www.desotosport.com), without question

I would definitely recommend the superfull. I used to swim in a desoto and really thought that no suit could approach it in terms of shoulder flexibility… and then i tried on a QR Superfull… 1.5mm ribbed neoprene in the shoulders gives your arms the freedom to move at any distance… sprint to ironman. I am incredibly picky about the movement i am able to attain in my shoulders and the QR is just amazing. There are other elements to the suit that are noteworthy but you only asked about shoulders. Check it out.
