I have never owned a wetsuit but am going to try and pick up a used one in the off season when they seem cheaper. How should I go about sizing, I feel like I fall between a bunch of groups. I am looking at a variety of different QR’s I looked at their sizing chart and they say small should fit 137-150lbs, and 5’6"- 5’11", Medium should fit 164-177lbs and 5’10"-6’3".
I weight 145 lbs and am 6’0", should I bump up and have a big medium, or squeeze into a small?

You would probably fit a small. The meduim will probably be too loose in the torso.
Most companies will recommend a suit size (ask them what measurements to take), and if the suit doesn’t fit you can always exchange it.
Are you married to the QR brand? You may want to have a look at the 2xu line…the have a big range of sizes for all kinds of shapes.
You might want to check DeSoto 2 piece wetsuit. Good for hard to fit people.
I can’t speak to its accuracy, but trisport.com has a tool that recommends brands and sizes based on body type.
