Recently, I’ve been focusing on better rotation or roll when I’m swimming. I paid particular attention to it in my last race a couple weeks ago in which I wore a wetsuit. The problem was it seemed like I was fighting the wetsuit’s bouyancy when I was trying to rotate properly. I’m not a great swimmer (avg. 1:30 per 100m for Oly) so I’m thinking this could be a technique issue (like I’m trying to rotate too much). What are your thoughts?
