It’s two weeks away, but I will be away for the next 10 days( Headed to Scotland on my Honeynoon!), so I wanted to let people know about this now.

Foot Tools, in Burlington, Ontario and Nineteen Wetsuits are once again putting together a wetsuit information night at the Foot Tools shop in Burlington. The event will take place on Thursday, April 3. There will be two information sessions - one at 6:30PM and another at 7:15. I will be speaking about what to look for in a new wetsuit, wetsuit fit and function and some quick tips about open water swimming. Yes there will be with proper instruction in how to put a wetsuit on - perhaps the least understood but most important aspect of triathlon wetsuit usage. How the suit sits/fits on you has a huhe impact on how the suit will function.
