Well, since there seems to be so much 'fruit' in the news these days, what are your thoughts on this guy's bike .... hmmm

Note, this is not my bike but a bike that I found and message quoted off of the SB Wheelmen web site:

Look at what i can do with paint and an HVLP gun !!!

If anyone need to have there bike painted… i do pretty nice work… and really inexpensivly too…

I’d ride it.

Awesome, Gary.

As a roadie, anything that annoys roadie traditionalists is OK by me (heard on a group ride: “your sleeveless jersey isn’t LEGAL, you know!” – Well EXCUUUUSE me !).

Have a buddy that used to race a totally pink track bike at T’Town – for no other reason than to mess with the heads of the guys he sprinted against.

Cool photos.

Nice job… but, what I also remember after my custom paint job on my Kestrel was the first ding… MAN! that hurt.

Hey Gary,

I have an LG helmet as well, what you charge for a nice custom job,…maybe some flames fading back front to rear, in some nice reds, oranges, and yellows. what do you think…?

Is it legal to paint your helmet, somewhere I remember that it may not be allowed…ansi stuff or something.?

BTW, really like tt.org

not my bike

Nice job with the Bianchi, but what I want to know is - is that a Renn Disk with the new “Tootie-Fruity” paint scheme?

Does the owner seriously ride with the saddle at that angle? If so, he should’a spent the $$ on a bike that fits and a saddle he could be comfortable on. I can only imagine how much time he spends trying to shove himself back up that saddle. Just because Litespeed thinks a saddle tilted at that angle looks cool in its Blade ads doesn’t mean its a good thing.

Other than that, its loud and obnoxious. Perfect for getting under the nails of snobbish members of the peleton. I like it.

That helmet has probably been rendered illegal…

Other than that, I like this guy’s work. Where do I sign up?

That is one fruity bike! But I like it. That hypno-spiral thing on the disc must look pretty good when it’s spinning…

At the extreme other end of the artistic creativity spectrum, there is also my own “stealth” 2000 P3.

In its favor (maybe the only thing): a simple Magic Marker pen suffices for touchup ‘paint’.

PS to TriBriGuy: no, seat not usually raced at that angle except possibly in very short TTs.

Whoa, that is sweet. Kind of puts my krylon “hard hat orange” track bike to shame. Does the disc make your competitors dizzy, of does it hypnotize them into riding slow?

Wow. Makes me think of “Monster Garage.”

I don’t know what kind of dog the guy has, but I would certainly beware of that paint job!

“That helmet has probably been rendered illegal…”

I was thinking of painting my LG helmet also, only a little less flashy. Is painting your helmet considered an illegal modification? Does the paint compromise the helmet’s ability to absorb a blow?

Thanks,

Spencer Smith, who competes wearing a pink lycra one piece, might be interested in your bike.

who are you guys referring to as ‘your bike’? This is definately not my bike.

just looking at the disc made me dizzy. Maybe I’ll paint mine so my competitors get dizzy and woozy when watching me go.

Twas me! Did’nt know you frequented these parts of town - welcome Monkey boy!!

Gary

Monkey… I posted on the bicycling.com forum if this was you. On that forum I am quantumpro…here am Kenney. Are you the same one?..Awesome paint job!!
