Just got back in from a two hour ride outdoors- an oddity at this time of the year for me, typically. Strange, but nice weather here in Southern Ontario: Dec 16, no snow anywhere, 8C, sunny and no wind. It’s supposed to be slightly warmer tommrrow!
In San Antonio it is 80 degrees now. I love it!!!
Fredrikstad (south-eastern part of Norway): 6C, sunny, no wind. Dry roads, no snow, perfect for a two hour outdoor ride here as well. And this is 1 week before Xmas. It might be weird, but I like it. A lot.
You guys have been getting our (Vancouver) weather for the past few months! We’ve been getting snow, and crazy wind storms…and more on the way! And you guys have been golfing and having sunny warm weather…this is not fair!

Bent, this time of year in Norway, there’s probably only about 6 hours of daylight, right?

A group of us went kayaking today in shorts and t-shirts, it was almost 70*, normally it would be in the 30’s or 40’s. Global warming is out of control.
Its been very weird here in SW Ohio…a week ago, it was freakin’ cold…lows at night in the teens or less, and highs below freezing. Today it was 55, and tomorrow its supposed to get to 65. Next week its supposed to get cold again.

Depends on where you live:-) In the northern part of Norway there is no light at all, here down “south” the sun rises at 0900 and goes down at 1500, so we have daylight 7 hours. Good guess!
Yep, it’s pretty weird alright. Mid 50s and sunny when I left Vermont yesterday. Now I’m in Seattle, and it’s quite cold, and they just had a huge windstorm, with winds hitting 130+ mph. A couple of weeks ago there was a big snowstorm here, as well. It almost seems as if the Northwest and Northeast have switched somehow.

I live in Cleveland. When I woke up today and checked the weather it was 62 degrees! It’s December 17th!!!
And yes, I’ll be going for a ride. Can’t let that kind of opportunity pass you by!

Indeed, it’s even warmer today, than it was yesterday here as well. Thermometer says 12C. A bit foggy.
Heading out shortly for another 2 hours today.
Weird here in Wisconsin also. I’ve been riding the last few days, and am heading out later. It’s going to be another short xc ski season.
Sunny and 62 in Northern New Jersey…Heading out for a run in shorts and a t-shirt in about 10 minutes.
Two hour bike ride yesterday on 9W…weird, but bodes well for next season’s fitness. Hard to believe that Christmas is eight days away…

80 degrees, sunny skies… after we get our tree (delayed like three times now) we’re riding!
Just back in from an outstanding 2 1/2 hour ride with Miss P and another friend from Aurora - Sun came out and, I think that it was pushing 15C. Felt very strange, but nice mid-december weather. Made a couple of capiccinos and we enjoyed them sitting on the front porch in the sun. Does not feel like Christmas is right around the corner!
My ride was amazing too! I was hot in under armour and a fleece vest. It was such a beautiful day to ride and we had a group of 10 out enjoying a scenic route through a very nice river valley in northeast Ohio.
