Can we get a “weights” or “strength training” option in the workout log please. If XC ski is there then strength training should be there.
Also, a “flexibility” option would be nice as well.
Thanks for anything you can do. I really like the log and I think this would make it better.
PS: The pace calculator is also a little frustrating, as my 1 hour swim probably has 2500m in it, but I am doing drills for 1000 of those meters. It would be nice to have a total distance option and then a separate section to enter distance and time for each timed section of the workout.
