Another Week with no loss.
I know it seems like I dropped out, But I haven’t.
I am trying.
This morning 170lbs again.

I’m finally back on the bike this week with regularity, so hoping to actually start “really” shedding some weight.

Ran 40 miles each of the last two weeks, and watched what I ate. However, fell off the no alcohol wagon - and gained two pounds this week. Lesson learned…

Finally heading in the right direction. How many weeks do we have left?

This said 15 percent when I started the challenge. Now its at 8.1!

Slow and steady, had to work late all weekend and didn’t eat as good as I should have, this weekend I have 2 races scheduled so hopefully that will keep me on track. Bike race Saturday 10 mile hill climb TT, and 1/2 Marathon on Sunday.

It was my b-day week. I trained…and ate like a pig. I am surprised I didn’t gain weight…so that’s a small little victory for me.

Down a pound this week to 197. Mixed feelings. Having missed four days of workouts last week, I fear that I lost muscle.
