Ran 40 miles each of the last two weeks, and watched what I ate. However, fell off the no alcohol wagon - and gained two pounds this week. Lesson learned…

Slow and steady, had to work late all weekend and didn’t eat as good as I should have, this weekend I have 2 races scheduled so hopefully that will keep me on track. Bike race Saturday 10 mile hill climb TT, and 1/2 Marathon on Sunday.
Ugh! Wrong direction for me this week. I ate lousy all week.
