Me: I continue to lose, despite ending my diet last week upon reaching my target. I am now 1 pound away from the lightest I have ever been as an adult, and don’t really want to go there.
Current weight - 130 pounds

“Plateauded this week. Weight stayed stable all week, in the 204-203 range. Trend is still downwards, so all is good.”
x2, I seem to be stuck at 204, readjusting calorie intake for this week. I also did a long run (for me) yesterday and am a bit sore, so I might be a bit inflamed and retaining water.
In my discussed with myself last week I didn’t congratulate you. So, Congrats and Thank you for doing this.
After my mystery weight gain last week I am back on track.
Darn it. Three weeks in a row at the same weight. I look leaner and my blue jeans are fitting a bit looser but the scales aren’t showing it. Oh well, we aren’t at the finishing line just yet.
I was away on a camping trip last week-so I had no computer access.

I can’t seem to dip below the 160 mark. Too many holidays and good food. I am hoping over the next 2 weeks to really pull it in!
I’m disgusted with myself - I was 205 this morning - actually up a pound from 7 weeks ago. I logged 10 hours of SBR (and a little lifting) last week, but completely blew it once again over the weekend. In addition to V-day which I knew would rain sweets down upon my house (and boy did it ever) I was unpleasantly surprised to come home from work last Fri and see my dining room stacked with boxes of Girl Scout cookies (in addition to the Thin Mints which were already in the freezer). Oy vei.
To add insult to injury, I was 197.5 on Friday morning and thinking I was heading for a break out week. This is just embarrassing. Since I clearly can’t help myself, I’m going to play the only card I have left – Ingrained Catholic guilt (thanks mom). Giving up sweets for Lent. 188 here I come.
Same story with me, except I’m back up a pound. I’m leaner, but the muscle weight gain is countering the fat weight loss. Legs are bigger. Waist is smaller. All my pants have to be taken in. At a dance Friday, I had to get a ribbon from one of the decorations to tie two belt loops together. Still, when I look in the mirror, I see the pounds of fat that I want gone.
I guess I’ll hop in on this… even though it’s 7 weeks in. Never too late to focus on this, right?
I’ve been tracking my weight in the ST Training log here and there… so i’ve included that. Overall since last April (my last physical), I’ve lost 18 lbs.
Current weight: 192
Goal weight: 180 (by mid May - though I’ll take it whenever I get there)
