Welcome to the week 5 weigh-in. I’m sure it was a tough week for us all with Superbowl yesterday. Here in the mid-atlantic we had severe weather to contend with, that made the trails totally unusable, and pretty much the roads, too.

I lost only a pound this week. I blame a total lack of willpower. 4 weeks of good progress and I wanted to celebrate a little. I’m finally to the point where people are telling me I look skinnier.

Weighed 229 Fri. AM, damn Monday morning weigh-ins! Unexpected trip to Cincinnati for the week - the land of Skyline Coneys, LaRosas pizza, authentic German brats, and UDF milkshakes. This should be interesting…
One more week of 2lb weight loss, starting to look like a trend. I was 201 lbs on Friday and my will power did wain a little bit (had a soda at the superbowl party, they were out of bottled water LOL) my weight this morning was 202 lbs even, if I keep this up I will be under the 200 lb mark in two weeks (short term goal now).

Pretty good on the diet front this past week - not so good working out.

Bad week of eating for me. This week is starting off properly…so we’ll see how it goes. I think I will try to dehydrate for next weeks weigh-in. It may not be effective, but it makes me feel better about myself.
A solid first base training week, with proper nutrition. Gained a little muscle. Lost a little fat. net = 0 lbs. Same weight as last week. 198lbs. This week I’ll add a strength weight session, an aerobic weight session, a yoga class, two more short bikes and one run. I’ll also cut three hundred calories daily. Hopefully, that will net me -2 lbs.

Down to 131.8 lbs. Thankfully, I was unable to watch the Super Bowl. Instead, I played 5 games in a hockey tournament. The “Big Game” would have totally did me in. Here’s to looking forward to seeing the scale under 130…

Ice storm stopped me from running and swimming Tue. and Wed., then sick Fri., Sat. and Sun. stopped me from doing anything but laying on the couch. At least I lost this week. Nutrition was good despite it all.
