34 pounds in 4 weeks? Yikes. I’ll monitor how you do on the 200-190 jump, as those are both my short-term (May) and long-term (August) goals.

Well, don’t hold your breath on this one. I wanted to get to 200 real bad, so I made it happen. I just want to get to 190 before the race season begins in June.

I have to admit, though, that it feels weird being this “light”. I haven’t been this light since I was 16 years old. I find that I’m much quicker at just moving around, have much improved balance–and I get cold very, very quickly. Weird.

For me it’s been since 18, when I had the dreaded “Freshman 65” (yep, 170 to 235 in eight months)
