Welcome to the week 4 weigh in of the Slowtwitch Weight Loss Challenge, 2009. This week marks the end of the first month of our challenge. We’ve approximately 7 weeks left, the end signaled by the arrival of Spring. If you want to join us, you can get in on any Monday, by posting a reply to this thread with your stats, including starting weight, goal weight on the first day of spring. Each Monday we post our results.

I’m really satisfiled with that. I started a new job 2 weeks ago with lots of beer available, so definitely a lot of temptation. Definitely on the right track here. Thanks for the motivation!
