After not lifting for the whole season I finally found may way back to the weight room to begin my offseason plan. As such, I am extremely sore from my welcome back lifts. Made me think–would compression gear have a similar recovery effect from with weight training–recover faster, stronger?? Thoughts?
It would be interesting to see what kind of looks you’d get to wear compression socks into the weight room. Of course, some of the meatheads wear wild and wacky get-ups themselves, so maybe they wouldn’t even notice you?
Agreed. I go into the gym area of were my pool is to stretch and do my core work…but moreso to look the costumes some of the thugs wear. some of their get-ups make the stuff people wear at tri events look like a grey flannel suit.
