Back into the swing of things. Monday was recovery after a group ride. Yesterday was an FTP test and a short intervals set in Zwift. Tonight was an easy 5 mile run.

Looking forward to a pool workout tomorrow night, a ride with my girlfriend Friday, hopefully a swim in Walden Pond Saturday and what looks like a long ride for Father’s Day

I did my longest solo ride last week - 130km. Not the longest ride I’ve ever done by a long way, but interesting to do it alone and to know my usual rescue option wasn’t available (hubby was doing Ride to Conquer Cancer with his colleagues).

I also got news this week that my portfolio has been evaluated and I passed. Just one more evaluation to complete before this certification is complete.

1000m open water swim tonight, I’m still not fast, but I’m loving these workouts, so much better than pools. Plus this pond is 2 miles from home.

Apparently I only have problems when I’m racing as I didn’t feel nearly as exhausted tonight. Sighting still needs some help. I ended up comically off track once or twice.
